Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by Drishya to clients. By engaging in our services, clients agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Drishya provides Microsoft 365 Business Solutions, Static Website and Graphic Design and Implementation to clients as outlined in the service agreement or proposal. The scope of services may include but is not limited to list of services we offer.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. Clients must also adhere to any requirements or guidelines provided by Drishya during the engagement.

3. Service Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the fees for services provided by Drishya as outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, invoicing schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Any intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by Drishya, including but not limited to Solutions, designs, and documentation, remain the property of Drishya unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both Drishya and clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and client data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Drishya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement for services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding fees owed to Drishya for services rendered.

9. Amendments

Drishya reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Drishya website.
